Before you order

Due to the nature of these VCR/DVD combos being pre-owned and tested, they are not in brand new condition. However, they are in great working condition.

If your order arrives with any issue, I am happy to talk with you and resolve it however I can. As with any pre-owned electronics, there is always a slight chance that the unit can get damaged during transit. I package each unit very carefully, but I cannot control how the carrier handles the box.

If it arrives in improper working condition, please send an email immediately and I will make it right. I am here to help.
