I love it! So far it works perfectly I started with a home movie from 1968 . Also the customer service was always great. Jeff got back to me very fast.
We had over 40 tàpes we wanted to digitize so we took the chance and bought the bundle because it came with a two year warranty. I was happy to find a one stop shop that had good reviews Unfortunately the combo player and remote that I received did not function properly. I emailed the company and they told me a replacement set would be put in the mail. The company provided the shipping labels for the units that needed repair.
Just started converting and everything is working perfectly so far. Everything was packed well and my questions were answered promptly before and after purchase. Just note that things are shipped in separate packages and arrive on different days. I am very pleased.
Pretty good communication on the product and options. The recording unit works pretty well and not very complicated to use. The only issue was it took awhile to get the total package, because each unit ships from different locations. All in all I am pretty satisfied with the unit package. Thanks.

Everything came as advertised. I got the combo player first, and the adapter arrived about a week later. It was very easy to get all of my old VHS mini tapes transferred over to thumb drives. Now I can send each of my daughters their childhoods from the 90s. Lol I highly recommend this process rather than shipping your tapes away. It was easy, and a third of the price.

things came in separate packages but everything arrived new or in good working condition. The USB converter worked well. The RCA to HDMI converter may come in handy in the future. The VCR portion of the combo unit played the old VHS tapes well and the tracking adjustment took care of the nuisance line at the bottom.

I received my product a few days ago. It was packaged very well and arrived in a timely manner. I was a bit confused at first, as the DVD/VCR unit arrived in a box alone, with no user's manual, remote control or Digital Conversion kit!!
