Shipping Policy

Every VCR/DVD combo bundle is tested and carefully packed before it leaves us. Here's what to expect after you place your order.

Processing Time Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days. During busier periods, processing may take a little longer — up to 5–6 days. If your timeline is tight, contact us before ordering and we'll let you know our current turnaround. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your package is on its way.

Delivery Time Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days after shipping. Delivery times can vary slightly depending on your location and carrier delays, but we'll keep you updated along the way.

Split Shipments Some items — such as remotes, manuals, Video MAX Converters, or cables — may ship separately so the rest of your order can reach you as quickly as possible. Everything you ordered should arrive within the promised 7–12 business day window.

Shipping Costs Standard shipping is included unless otherwise noted at checkout. Expedited options, when available, are displayed at checkout.

Tracking Your Order Once your package ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your order every step of the way.
